ACSS, Inc. is joining with other professionals in an effort to (1) provide a variety of
services in a central location and (2) reduce business expenses in order to keep fees as reasonable as possible. Currently,
businesses sharing office space provide psychological evaluation and treatment, counseling, research supported Orton Gillingham
based reading instruction, multisensory math instruction, and speech and language services.

Business Model The primary purpose
of the relationship between businesses is to offer services in a shared setting that will make finding and obtaining services
easier and more convenient for families. Each business/practice/professional simply rents office space in the same building
and retains all rights to their practice. While there are several office spaces in Douglasville that allow for multiple
businesses to share office space, this office space will be unique in that all businesses will have a common goal of providing
services to children, adolescents and families struggling with psychological, developmental, educational and behavioral difficulties.
Because each business/practice/professional retains all rights to their practice, they will NOT be required to give a percentage
of their income to someone else. Financially, this should prove to be an extremely economical way to conduct your practice,
which should then result in your ability to provide more services to more children/families in need. Office Space Beginning November 1st, 2008,
we will be moving to a 4000SF office space on Adair Street, directly behind the post office in downtown Douglasville.
The office space is equipped with a large waiting area, two bathrooms, kitchen area and 3 to 4 remaining offices. Rent
starts at $380 but could be less, depending on how many businesses/practices/professionals share the space. Contact Call Rebecca S. Blakeman, PhD at 404-310-1161 for more information.
